What the content is for
Everything on this website, including the blog, is general information. It is not legal, financial, surveying or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. The law and the practice of deposit schemes change, and while care is taken to keep articles accurate on the date they are published, no promise is made that they remain complete or current.
Specimens are specimens. Extracts of reports, compliance registers, floor plans and example tours shown on the site illustrate the format of the work. They are not client documents and do not describe a real property unless they say so.
Photographs are illustrative unless a caption says otherwise. Several are licensed stock images chosen to show the kind of building or room concerned, not properties Emilecon has worked on.

Who owns the content
The text, design, logo, specimen documents and the arrangement of the site belong to Emilecon Management Services Ltd or are used under licence. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own reference, and to link to any page. Copying content in bulk, republishing it as your own, or using the Emilecon name or mark in a way that suggests a connection that does not exist, is not permitted without written permission.
Links and embedded content
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Emilecon does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. The example tour on the 3D tours page is provided by Kuula and loads only when you ask it to. The privacy notice explains what that involves.
