How the record is organised
By floor, by room, by itemEach room is listed by floor and room number, with every item recorded with its quantity and condition and referenced to a photograph. Stores and back of house areas are recorded the same way. Where linen, crockery or small equipment needs counting, it is counted and listed by room or by store.

Yes. Rooms are recorded around occupancy, on a schedule agreed in advance.
How is it priced?
Each building is quoted, from the number of rooms and how much is to be counted. The quotation sets out the visit plan and the delivery date.
Are linen and crockery counted?
Where you need them counted, they are counted and listed by room or by store.
Does it cover a single serviced apartment?
Yes. A single apartment is recorded like a furnished let, on the standard price list.
