Under the new rules
Check-outs arrive when notice doesSince 1 May 2026, tenancies in England no longer end on a fixed date. Check-outs now land whenever a tenant gives notice, and the diary has to absorb them. A clerk who takes last minute bookings, Monday to Saturday, takes that pressure off the branch.

Is there a minimum volume?
No. One property is enough to start, and there is no retainer.
Does someone from the branch need to attend?
No. The clerk meets the tenant, or works from keys collected from the branch.
How is a letting agency invoiced?
On delivery of each report, with seven days to pay by bank transfer.
Can a same day check-in be booked?
Whenever the diary allows, for £25 extra. Next day bookings carry no extra charge.
